Canadian Pacific's Holiday Train stops in the Eastern Townships

This year, the Canadian Pacific Railway's Holiday Train is back after three years at rest. It is making its way across locations in Canada and the United States, raising awareness and collecting donations for local food banks. It will be stopping in our region this week, on Thursday, November 24th. Singers Brittany Kennell and Don Amero will be present at all three locations in the Eastern Townships.

It will first stop in Lac Megantic, arriving at 12:00pm, the show taking place between 12:15 and 12:45. It will be on Cartier street, between Rue Lemieux and Maisonneuve.

Later in the evening, it will stop in Sherbrooke at the Canadian Pacific's railway station, at 795 rue de la Rand at 4:45. The show will take place between 5:00 and 5:30.

At 8:55pm, it will make its final stop in the region in Farnham. The event will start at 9:15 and will end half an hour later.

Since 1999, it has raised 21 million dollars, and 5 million pounds of food for food banks across North America.
