Now that September has passed, it’s time for the Piper Athletes of the Month!
For the month of September, a big "congratulations" to Alexie-Kimberlee Leclerc-Hutchings and Vincent Lafaille for being the two outstanding athletes to be recognised for the first month of the school year. Alexie has been a massive part of the 3-1 lead that Galt has put on in the ETIAC league. She not only leads the league in goals, and has an exemplary attitude on and off of the field.
Vincent was just as outstanding, scoring seven goals for his team, leading them almost directly to a perfect record in the league, going four for four and taking the ETIAC crown. He has “a good attitude and work ethic, never misses a practice and is a good teammate”.
We can only hope next month will provide us with high-quality seasons and players as we have this month.
